EVA is a closed cell foam whose remarkable tensile strength makes it extremely durable. It is non-water absorbent, non- biodegradable and is impervious to chemicals, oils and fuels. This semi-rigid foam provides maximum impact and vibration absorption and has excellent recovery characteristics after compression. Read: tough as nails! Seam failure is generally the result of thread that has been adversely affected by the elements. With Tenara, that problem is solved.
